Meet Our Team

For the past several years, Rollie has served with Administrative Consulting Ministry to provide cost of living and payroll consulting services to missionary organizations. 

For the past 17 years, Rollie has been the Director of Internal Audit and Empowering Stewardship at the Assemblies of God national office. As a certified fraud examiner and certified internal auditor, Rollie has a deep desire to help church leaders reduce the risk of fraud and increase financial accountability and integrity. With auditing experience in the government and nonprofit sectors, Rollie has been helping leaders assess the strength of their organizational controls for over 30 years. 

Rollie is the author of Balanced Budget, Balanced Life: 10 Steps to Transforming Your Finances (Salubris, 2019) and Integrity at Stake: Safeguarding Your Church From Financial Fraud (Zondervan, 2016). 

He is a frequent writer and speaker for church leaders, pastors, and ministry students on the topics of corporate finance, personal finance and church administration. He is a graduate of Evangel University and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He resides in Ozark, Missouri with his wife, Tammy.
